and the result....make a little balls then flatten for frying, eat it with sugar..(tsalap )hahaI tried this reciept from my mother in law. Since potato here is not so expensive you can create your own menu using potato. here are some photo how to cook Potato puffy.

we called it hush potatoes mads.. we usually do that when there are mashed potatoes left and we make it into potato cakes hehehe...
I do this with sweet potato... camote bah
