most car now have built in power steering, when you buy a car you can just choose which one you like, there are very powerful, not so powerful and no power steering at all... Me, I dont know if I like to drive the not power steering wheel one as I liek to park my car in a very small car park and I always U turn in a little street, if i dont ahve a power steering wheel it'll pain in the ass for me to drive...
